Holger Rune has been confirmed for this year’s edition of the BNP Paribas Nordic Open in Stockholm. The 22-year-old Dane, a former World No. 4, will return to the Royal Tennis Hall as the 56th edition of the tournament takes place from October 11–19.

Rune has already established himself as one of the most promising players in the world and has captured five ATP titlesso far in his career, including the Stockholm title in 2022 and his Masters 1000 triumph in Paris later that same year. He has also reached the quarterfinals at both Roland Garros and Wimbledon and is known for his intensity and fierce competitiveness on court.

“I’m really looking forward to playing in Stockholm again. It’s always special to compete close to home, and the atmosphere at the Royal Tennis Hall is fantastic. I hope to put on a great show for the fans in October,” says Holger Rune.

With Rune’s participation, fans can look forward to seeing one of the world’s most exciting young players in an already strong field, with several top names already confirmed.
